Printing with your personal laptop
Note
You have to be connected to the MIS-voucher network to use our printers.
Windows
In Windows, you can add new printers via Start → Properties → Printers. Probably your printer is not displayed directly, so you have to click on “The printer that I want isn’t listed”, which is displayed after some time. Then select “Select a shared printer by name” and enter the path to your printer as shown below. As driver please select the MS Publisher Color Printer. In some cases this IP address must be used in the URL instead of ‘mobileprint’: 172.22.252.252

macOS
If you are connected to the MIS-voucher wifi, you have to go to Settings → Printers & Scanners. Click on the Plus (+) button and add the printer of your choice from the list - mostly the printer near you.
Linux
If you are connected to the MIS-voucher wifi, you should automatically see and use the available printers. Otherwise you will probably need to install the cups printing system.
iOS
If you are connected to the MIS-voucher wifi you don’t need to do anything else. Simply select the “Print” option on the share sheet of your app and choose a printer near you.
Android
If you are connected to the MIS-voucher wifi, please install the CUPS Printing app. Once it’s installed, be sure it is enabled in the ‘Print’ section of the settings app of your device. Probably you can find it under Settings → Connected Devices → Connection Preferences → Printing → Android CUPS Print. The easiest way is to use search for “Printing” in the settings app. Then simply select the “Print” option on the share sheet of your app or browser and choose a printer near you.
